Getting Started with VisiBot Mobile App

This guide will walk you through setting up and getting started with the VisiBot mobile app. The app allows you to create, edit, and publish videos directly from your mobile device with a seamless, intuitive experience.

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • You need an iOS or Android device
  • You need an active VisiBot subscription or be ready to start one
  • Have your VisiBot account email and password ready for login

Step 1: Download the VisiBot App

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device
  2. Search for "VisiBot"
  3. Look for the official visibot.app with our logo
  4. Tap "Install" or "Get" to download the app
  5. Wait for the installation to complete

Note: Make sure you're downloading the official visibot.app. Look for our verified publisher name in the app store listing.

Step 2: Open the App and Sign In

  1. Open the visibot.app on your device
  2. You'll see the welcome screen with sign-in options
  3. Enter your VisiBot account credentials:
    • Your email address
    • Your password
  4. Tap "Sign In"
  5. If you don't have an account yet, tap "Create Account" to register

Security Note: Your credentials are securely encrypted and protected. We never share your login information.

Step 3: Set Your Preferences

  1. After signing in, you may be prompted to set your preferences
  2. Choose your preferred language
  3. Grant necessary permissions when prompted:
    • Camera access (for recording videos)
    • Photo library access (for uploading existing videos)
    • Notifications (to receive updates on video processing)
  4. Complete any initial setup steps

Note: You can change your preferences anytime in the Settings menu.

Step 4: Explore the Main Interface

Once you're signed in, you'll see the main interface with several key areas:

Video Features:

  • Upload Video - Select and upload videos from your device
  • Record Video - Record directly within the app
  • My Videos - View your previously processed videos
  • Video Ideas - AI-powered content ideation

Management Features:

  • Integrations - Connect social media platforms
  • Settings - Configure your preferences and brand settings
  • Scheduled Posts - View and manage scheduled content

Help & Support:

  • Help - Access guides and documentation
  • Support - Contact the VisiBot support team

Navigation Tip: Use the bottom navigation bar to quickly switch between main sections of the app.

Step 5: Set Up Your First Brand (If Needed)

  1. If you don't have a brand created yet, VisiBot may prompt you to create one
  2. Tap "Create Brand" or access it from the Settings menu
  3. Enter your brand information:
    • Brand name
    • Brand description
    • Any other requested details
  4. Save your brand
  5. You can switch between multiple brands later if needed

Note: Brands help organize your content and allow different settings for different business profiles.

Step 6: Connect Your Social Media Accounts (Optional but Recommended)

Before creating your first video, we recommend connecting at least one social media platform:

  1. Go to Settings then Integrations
  2. You'll see options for available platforms:
    • TikTok
    • LinkedIn
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  3. Select the platform you want to connect
  4. Follow the authorization steps
  5. Grant the necessary permissions
  6. You'll see a confirmation once connected

Why connect integrations? This allows you to publish your videos directly to social media from the app without manual uploading.

You're Now Ready To:

  • ✓Upload and process videos - Select from your gallery or record new ones
  • ✓Edit videos with AI - Add subtitles, captions, and effects
  • ✓Generate social media captions - Let AI write engaging posts

Mobile-First Experience:

  • The visibot.app is designed for a seamless mobile experience
  • You can do everything without accessing the web dashboard
  • Perfect for creating content on the go

Notifications:

  • Enable push notifications to get real-time updates on video processing
  • You'll receive notifications when videos are ready, posts are published, etc.

Data Usage:

  • Uploading videos uses mobile data (if not on Wi-Fi)
  • Consider using Wi-Fi for large video files
  • Processing happens on VisiBot's servers, not your device

Account Sync:

  • Your account syncs across all your devices
  • Access your videos and settings from any device
  • Start a video on one device, continue on another

Session Management:

  • You remain signed in until you explicitly sign out
  • If you experience issues, try signing out and back in
  • Your session is secure and encrypted

Troubleshooting

"I can't find the app in the store"

  • Make sure you're searching for "VisiBot" exactly
  • Check that your device meets the minimum requirements
  • Try searching in a web browser for the direct app store link

"I can't sign in"

  • Double-check your email and password
  • Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app

"The app is crashing"

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  • Try closing and reopening the app
  • Restart your device
  • If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app

"Videos won't upload"

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you've granted the app permission to access your photos/videos
  • Try using Wi-Fi instead of mobile data for large files
  • Check that the video format is supported

"Connection to social media failed"

  • Ensure you're granting all necessary permissions
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
  • Check if the social media platform is currently having issues
  • Contact support for platform-specific connection problems
