Prerequisites
Before you begin:
You need an iOS or Android device
You need an active VisiBot subscription or be ready to start one
Have your VisiBot account email and password ready for login
Step 1: Download the VisiBot App
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your device
Search for "VisiBot"
Look for the official visibot.app with our logo
Tap "Install" or "Get" to download the app
Wait for the installation to complete
Note: Make sure you're downloading the official visibot.app. Look for our verified publisher name in the app store listing.
Step 2: Open the App and Sign In
Open the visibot.app on your device
You'll see the welcome screen with sign-in options
Enter your VisiBot account credentials:
Your email address
Your password
Tap "Sign In"
If you don't have an account yet, tap "Create Account" to register
Security Note: Your credentials are securely encrypted and protected. We never share your login information.
Step 3: Set Your Preferences
After signing in, you may be prompted to set your preferences
Notifications (to receive updates on video processing)
Complete any initial setup steps
Note: You can change your preferences anytime in the Settings menu.

Navigation Tip: Use the bottom navigation bar to quickly switch between main sections of the app.
Step 5: Set Up Your First Brand (If Needed)
If you don't have a brand created yet, VisiBot may prompt you to create one
Tap "Create Brand" or access it from the Settings menu
Enter your brand information:
Brand name
Brand description
Any other requested details
Save your brand
You can switch between multiple brands later if needed
Note: Brands help organize your content and allow different settings for different business profiles.
Step 6: Connect Your Social Media Accounts (Optional but Recommended)
Before creating your first video, we recommend connecting at least one social media platform:
Go to Settings then Integrations
You'll see options for available platforms:
TikTok
LinkedIn
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Select the platform you want to connect
Follow the authorization steps
Grant the necessary permissions
You'll see a confirmation once connected
Why connect integrations? This allows you to publish your videos directly to social media from the app without manual uploading.
