What data we collect
When you use VisiBot, we collect and store the following data associated with your account:
- Your name, email address, and profile picture (from Google Sign-In)
- Videos you upload and processed video outputs
- Credit balance and transaction history
- Video editing preferences and idea generation history
- Session and authentication data
What happens when you request deletion
When you submit a deletion request:
- Deleted: Your user account, uploaded and processed videos, credit history, session data, idea profiles, and generated ideas
- Retained: Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you. Any data required to be retained by law may be kept for up to 30 days after deletion
Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion is complete.
